We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time, without notice. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure they have read through the terms and conditions thoroughly before purchase.

Due to the nature of the items being perishable we cannot offer returns or guarantee refunds. If you have entered the incorrect address then please use the contact form and we will do our best to change it but if the item has already been dispatched then we will be unable to change it and if this happens we cannot offer a refund or replacement. If your items cannot be delivered and are sent back to us then we cannot refund or offer a replacement.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all delivery information and contact details are entered correctly at checkout. We will dispatch your order to the address provided on the order confirmation. Orders with incomplete or incorrect delivery details may be delayed, cancelled or returned and we cannot be held responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect information supplied by the customer.

If your items arrive completely damaged and cannot be consumed then we will need photo proof before being able to assess refund eligibility. All items must stay in original packaging until this has been assessed. We will require your order number, full name and photos.

We are not liable for any postal delays or courier delays caused during transit once your order has been dispatched. Delivery dates provided by couriers are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Orders arriving later than expected due to courier delays will not qualify for refunds or replacements.

We are not liable for any damage once the products have been delivered successfully.

During warmer weather some products may soften or melt during transit and this should be taken into account by the customer when ordering. This is outside of our control and refunds or replacements will not be provided for melted items.

All cookies are made fresh to order and must be stored in a cool dry place. Products should be kept away from direct sunlight, heat and moisture. We cannot accept refunds or replacements for incorrect storage conditions carried out by the customer.

We do not cater for severe allergies. Our products are prepared in a kitchen that handles allergens including but not limited to nuts, peanuts, gluten, wheat, dairy, eggs and soya. Whilst we take care during preparation, we cannot guarantee that any product is completely free from allergens and customers with severe allergies should not consume our products.

If you wish to cancel your order after it has been placed then this may be subject to a cancellation fee. We reserve the right to refuse cancellations for orders that have already entered production or been dispatched.

We will never dispatch an order unless it has been fully paid for and we reserve the right to cancel your order and refund the cost in full.

We reserve the right to change the price(s) of any product at any time, without prior notice. All of the prices on this website include VAT at the current UK rate.

If we have reason to believe that an order has been placed fraudulently then we reserve the right to share relevant information with third party fraud prevention companies such as payment providers, banks and law enforcement authorities.

Your privacy is important to us. Any information provided such as your name, address, email address and telephone number will only be used to process, fulfil and communicate regarding your order. Your information will not be sold or shared with third parties except where necessary for payment processing, fraud prevention or delivery services, please see our privacy policy page.
