Can I order if I have an allergy?

As our products are prepared in an environment that handles common allergens, we cannot guarantee that any of our cookies are completely allergen free. If you have any allergies or dietary concerns, we strongly advise against ordering from us.

Where can I view the product ingredients list?

Under each product, you will find an ingredients dropdown menu listing all ingredients contained within that specific cookie. For your convenience and safety, all allergens are clearly highlighted in bold.

My order has been dispatched how long will it take to get to me?

All orders are shipped with Royal Mail 48 hours tracked this means that the order should be with you within 2-3 buisness days. Tracking information will be emailed directly to you once dispatched.

How long do my cookies stay fresh for?

All cookies if kept sealed then they are fresh for 14 days and they all have a best before date on them. They must be kept in a cool, dry place and once opened store in an airtight container and consumed within 3 days. You can also freeze the cookies for up to a month and then thaw out at room temperature but beware the texture may change.

Can I warm my cookies up to eat?

Yes absolutely either put in the oven at 180 degrees celsius for a couple of minutes until warmed through or stick in the microwave for 15-30 seconds depending on the power setting.

Do you offer vegan or gluten free options?

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer dairy free or gluten free options at this time.
