Delivery

Please allow 1-2 business days for dispatch and 2-3 business days for delivery.

All of our parcels will go with Royal Mail 48 hours tracked.

We can ship anywhere to the UK Mainland.

We ship Monday to Wednesday, if your order is placed after Wednesday 8am then it will be shipped the following Monday.

We do not ship to parcel lockers or to PO boxes.

Please note we are unable to refund items that have been broken (i.e. cookie broken in half) in the delivery process as this does not change the edibility of the cookie but we do package them tightly to try and avoid this.

In the hotter months some of the items may melt slightly in transit so bear this in mind when ordering and as this is out of our control we cannot refund any items that this happens to.
